I'm a pediatric occupational therapist and I believe in a holistic, family centred approach to therapy where we work together to help your child grow, learn, and thrive.  

My therapy style is play-based and fun, while also grounded in my background in education and mental health. Every child is different, and I tailor my approach to fit your family’s unique needs and goals. I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering coaching and support so you feel confident helping your child at home. 

I graduated from the University of Toronto and have been working as an occupational therapist for almost a decade. I’ve supported children and families in many different settings, including the school board, children's mental health centres, and private clinics. In addition to my clinical work, I also hold an adjunct faculty position at the University of Toronto’s Department of Occupational Therapy and Occupational Sciences. As such, I am committed to ongoing learning and to providing evidence-based care.
